More Information about LPA

Tuition & Fees

Yearly Tuition per school year is $6,400.

Tuition may be paid in full in August or in 10 monthly installments from August through May.

Due Dates: Tuition is due August 1, 2026 even though the school year begins August 17, 2026.
Monthly Installments: If paying monthly, payments are due on the first day of each month.
Late Fee: A late fee of $50 will be assessed if payment is not received within 10 days after the due date. In addition, an ongoing late fee of $20 per day will be charged for each day the payment remains outstanding after the 10-day grace period. After three late payments, the student’s enrollment may be subject to termination.

Annual Registration Fee

The registration fee of $300 is due August 1, 2026. This fee covers:

Textbooks
Instructional materials
Online subscriptions
School T-shirt

Tuition Assistance

Families may apply for the NCSEAA Opportunity Scholarship to help offset tuition costs. This scholarship is available to all families, regardless of income.

Additionally, families of students with an Individualized Education Program (IEP) may apply for the ESA+ scholarship. Award amounts typically range from $3,000 to $7,000, based on household income.

Scholarship Portal Creation: Families may begin creating their scholarship portal in December.
Application Window: February 6, 2026 – March 6, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
Recommendation: Scholarships are awarded while funds last. Early application is strongly encouraged.

Hours of Operation

Learning Pathways Academy operates Monday through Thursday.

Instructional Day: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Student Drop-Off: Begins at 7:30 a.m.
Standard Pick-Up: 2:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

After School Care

After school care is available until 4:00 p.m. for an additional fee of $20 per day.

Sibling Discount: $10 per day for each additional child.

After school care must be arranged in advance and will be billed according to the school’s fee schedule.

Immunization Requirments

All students must submit up-to-date immunization records by the first day of school.

Learning Pathways Academy follows CDC vaccine recommendations. Religious exemptions are not accepted.

Students enrolling for kindergarten must be 5 years old by August 31, 2026.

Learning Pathways Academy Overview

Learning Pathways Academy was founded to offer an educational environment in which children can remain true to their childhood while receiving an excellent education. Our program is designed to be flexible, responsive to each child’s needs, and supportive of parent involvement. We aim to foster a community that remains centered around academic growth, strong moral values, and nurturing the whole child—intellectually, socially, and morally. We will not conduct formal Bible studies or Bible classes during the school day. Instead, we will integrate references to God and biblical principles through our 3rd–5th grade reading curriculum, The Good and The Beautiful. This curriculum is faith-based and presents a general Christian, non-denominational worldview with the goal of developing not only strong academic skills but also high moral character and an appreciation for what is good and beautiful in life and learning. Students are also welcome to pray and engage in discussions about faith at their own comfort level. Overall, Children will remain at the forefront of all decisions made at Learning Pathways Academy.

Learning Pathways Academy maintains a low student-to-teacher ratio of 1:10, ensuring individualized attention and personalized support for each student.
